The fact that Breathedge releases on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch by hyping immortal chickens pretty much tells you what you need to know about the game. Immortal chickens or not.

It’s here where you’ll discover your chicken – an immortal one at that – as you hunt down the truth behind a sudden ship crash. As this is a survival title at heart, expect to be crafting, utilising, hunting and working with all manner of items, objects and well, whatever else happens to come your way.
Having already gone down pretty damn well on Steam – it’s only been there a month or two but the slew of Very Positive ratings mark this as something special – it’s now time for console players to embark on the same journey, one that will see you fighting your basic instincts as you explore every nook and cranny of outer space.
Key features include:
- Stunning visuals and high-fidelity artwork, captured in a frozen moment of the colossal spaceship post-explosion scene
- Craft tools, build vehicles, and even construct a station to make a cozy base in space!
- Make your way through the depths of space and its ever-present dangers
- Explore the nooks and crannies of the scattered interiors and secret areas to find out what really happened to the famous space liner “Unnamed”
- Play as a guy named the Man, the grandson of a prominent engineer involved heavily in the dramatic events that took place before the catastrophe. Find out your grandpa’s legacy!
- Fight your base instincts, the dangers of open space, flying robots, and common sense
If you’re sold on the whole Breathedge vibe then get yourself over to the Xbox Store for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S gaming, to the PlayStation Store should you prefer the PS4 or PS5, or to the good old Nintendo eShop should Switch be your preferred calling.
As always we’ll have a full review of Breathedge on Xbox for you in the days ahead. Make sure you keep an eye out for it – if only as we promise we’ll let you know what the hell that immortal chicken is good for!
Game Description:
Survive in outer space! Together with your immortal chicken, discover the truth behind your sudden spaceship crash. Craft tools, pilot vehicles, and even control space stations to survive and explore the wreckage. A massive space hearse suffers a wreck in the deep space, leaving the area filled with debris, coffins, dead passengers and yourself. Survive in this interstellar dump, uncover a global conspiracy, save the princess and don’t break your fingers while tapping the keyboard as you travel around the world (keeping your display on for full immersion is advised). It took a long time for our ancestors to develop because they had no electrical tape. You have it and you know how to use it. With this magical artifact, you can create a vast variety of useless objects and throw them out of the airlock! There are also many useful items to be created, but be careful as this may result in completing the game.
