Developer Tarsier Studios and publisher Bandai Namco have release the launch trailer for the well received Little Nightmares II which is due to be released tomorrow on the Nintendo Switch. The companies also announced that sales of the original Little Nightmares game, also available on Nintendo Switch, have now surpassed three million units worldwide which is a great achievement. Little Nightmares II is a suspense adventure game in which you play as Mono, a young boy trapped in a world that has been distorted by the humming transmission of a distant tower.
“We are also proud to announce that Little Nightmares has reached three million units sold worldwide (as of 12/31/2020), showcasing the long tail success of the first episode which continues to perform well more than three years after its initial release. Another million players have opted in to try the first game since that date, meaning over four million people have set their first steps in the world of Little Nightmares.”
